The company was founded in 1997. J. Rogers O'Neill is president of Education Strategies consulting. He worked 14 years in various administrative capacities at Wheeling College, Indiana University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He received his doctorate in higher education administration from Indiana University and wrote his dissertation on developing institutional planning models.
Vendor Negotiations:
For eight years he was a sales director and account manager for a leading higher education administrative software vendor. He understands how vendors operate and negotiate.
